This package is for couples that would like to sit back and watch their dreams become reality. We will be there from the moment you say YES to the moment you walk down the aisle. We will tell your love story in a way which is only dreamed of! From creating a theme to welcoming your guests, we will be there making sure you have a . . . Forever Breathtaking experience!

In addition to Breathless Promises package, this package includes:

•Two-hour consultation to discuss your thoughts and wants for your special day.

•Budget assistance to help you set the appropriate budget, including an itemized list of all expenses.

•Assist with locating and contracting the perfect location and vendors for your event.

•Create a detailed time schedule for the couple, wedding party and vendors.

•Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party.

•Unlimited emails and phone calls and face-to-face meetings throughout the planning process.

•Wrap-up meeting four weeks prior to event.

•Coordination of overnight accommodation for couple.

•Final meeting one week prior to event to discuss last minute details.

•Oversee all vendor commitments.

•Arrange transportation for wedding party.

•Present at all vendor meetings

•Manage in creating customized wedding design, décor, theme, invites, favors, programs, menu cards, place cards etc.

•Marriage license and name change information

•Coordinate your wedding ceremony

•Manage wedding day timeline

•Verify all vendor responsibilities two and one week before the wedding.

•Hand out all attendant flowers and bouquets.

•Oversee and re-locate wedding gifts into designated vehicle.

•On-site organization and management of rehearsal, wedding and reception as well as supervise all services during set-up.

This package is for couples that have started planning their perfect wedding but would like someone else to bring it all together. We will jump in anytime during the wedding process to give you a memorable and relaxing journey. We will put you at ease and leave you with . . . Breathless Promises!

In addition to Take My Breath Away package, this package includes:

•Complimentary one hour consult to pick up where you had left off

•Several meetings, phone sessions and emails

•Review of vendor contracts

•Budget management and review

•Prepare detailed checklist and itinerary for vendors and wedding party

•Vendor research, booking, and confirmation

•Vendor confirmation two and 1 week prior to wedding date

•Rehearsal supervision

•Coordinate and manage vendor set-up, ceremony direction, placement of wedding favors and etc

•On-site management of wedding and reception set-up to ensure all services and products are set-up and supplied as contracted.

•Handle and re-locate wedding gifts into designated vehicle.

•Issue final payments and gratuities to vendors.

From getting familiar with the vendors to going through the itinerary with the MC, let us make your special day . . . Take Your Breath Away!

•One-hour get-together to discuss your vision and ideas.

•Create a thorough timeline for the couple, wedding party and vendors.

•Get together 4 weeks prior to discuss wedding day expectations.

•Several emails and phone calls throughout the planning process.

•Brief meeting one week prior to wedding to discuss last minute details.

•Manage vendor set-up, ceremony coordination and direction, placement of favors, place cards, menus etc.

•Distribute the timeline to the wedding party.

•Manage all vendor commitments.

•Welcome and guide guests

•Evaluate all contracts and verify with vendors one week prior to event.

•Design an in depth checklist and itinerary for wedding day

•Discuss with your reception MC to go over itinerary

This package is for couples who need a bit of assistance. We will answer any questions you may have and assist you when needed. It could be in the beginning stages or the middle stages. This hourly service will help you smooth out any wrinkles you may have at any stage of the planning process. Let us make your wedding process hour by hour easier and effortless so you can . . .
